This is my very first resin project!
Inspired by a gift by a Resin Artist follower, I was curious how the gift was done. So what’s a better way to know than trying it out for myself? After watching numerous of Youtube tutorial video and endless questions to my kindest follower, here is the result. Through the process, I’d also learned that something is easier say than done and realized how complicated Resin Art really is. Which give me a brand new respect toward Resin Artists all together.
In this project, I simply wanted to create a box where magic could happens. Trying to play with Resin, uncooperative acrylic paint, creativity and energy, I am pleased with the result for my very first resin work.
To care for resin:
– Cold water rinse if dirty, wipe with smooth clothes or air dry.
– Avoid place it near extreme temperature (This also means no microwave and no dishwasher please)
– Do not scratch it with sharp edges (such as fingernail or toothpick)
– Though many said that resin art could be used for dry food, I personally would not try so. 😉
