上次自己問的問題，更精點就是，自己為什麼要讓人乏也要讓自己丟去感受别人說話時的情緒，感受，狀態等，不就能知道始末了嗎，單純丟意念出去會更好嗎，可是意念丢出去會回來，不更麻煩，更擾人嗎
還有丟畫面。意念丢出去，會反彈回來，不是會很恐怖，沒完沒了嗎。
和人說話時或留言時，自己有這些困擾，還是只要好好單純的說話溝通就行了。
