Albert Einstein once said, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.  If you can’t explain to a six year old, you don’t understand it yourself.

I am glad that I was introduced this quote in the earlier stage of my journey.  It had become the foundation of everthing I’ve learned.  It also made me realize that it is not easy to describe something complicated in a simple way unless I really learn it inside out. That’s also why you will hardly hear me using any difficult or spiritual term in my language.  I sometimes may even look like I have no idea what you are talking about, especially when you are talking about a term that had never existed in my vocabulary.  (Sometimes, I may already knew about it, but I have a different word and explanation to it.  That’s also why I often ask people to explain their word to me.)  I may or may not look into something depends on how much it impact people’s life.  The more it impacts, the faster I will look into it.  So if you haven’t heard the explanation of the word that you’d like to know more of, please be patient.  If the word is essential, you will hear me talk about it soon enough.  If I haven’t talked about it, maybe I just haven’t understood it enough to explain it in the simple way yet.  After all, the universe has so much for us to learn.  Knowing there’s only 2% that I’ve learned so far, there’s still 98% waiting to be discovered, right? 🙂

Ep. 21. Let’s breathe…

I was introduced this breathing method by my aunty who is very spiritual and religiou in her own way.  At that time, she told me to breathe with my nose and breathe out with my mouth as slow as I can.  (The proper ratio is 1:3, breathing out should take three times more than breathing in.   But I highly recommend you to try breathing out as slow as possible to maximize the result.)  At the begining , I wasn’t sure the purpose of it, nor did I notice any difference it made.  It was not until I’d start to work to regress my clients that I realize how important this breathing method could really help.

In order to bring a client to a place where they can clearly view their past life database, I will first have to clear their thought and put them in a neutral mode of being.  Since I do not own a license to hypnotise people, nor am I comfortable to put anyone in a position where they feel they have no control of themselves (especially knowing that I will not want to be in a position like that either), I discovered a way to bring my clients to a dream-like status, where they can have full control of themselves, but also have the ability to view their own database.  In order to bring them into that mode, I will first assist them to clear their thoughts.

For the longest time, I thought it was our thought and mind that keep us from being in the status of simply being.  I later discovered that it’s not our mind that stop us the most, but our emotion that we held within.  We tends to store all emotions around our torso, some near their heart, and others keep it down to their stomach.  For those who have tendency to keep their emotions down at their stomach, they will probably choose eating as a way of comfort when they get emotional.  But if people don’t learn to release those accumulated emotions within their body, it may eventually develope into cancer or tumor which I will explain in the future.

If you have time, I encourage you to make couple exercise and really feel the difference for yourself.   Though we believe breathing come natural to all human, we actually tend to breathe in and breathe out with our nose only.  Not that it’s wrong anyway, but it will only give us oxygen to keep us living, not energy to keep up alive.  Try closing your eye and take a breath with your nose, you should experience the lightness of energy.  How it’s easy to come in and easy to go out of your nose.  That fresh energy is what you could have fill your body with.  Now take a deep breath with your nose, and breathe out with your mouth, you should then feel a little heaviness with the air that is coming out of your mouth.  That’s is the energy that needs to be filtered in regular basis.  And now try breathe in with your nose, and breathe out with your mouth as slow as possible…  This is the moment you must start to feel a little bit resistent within your chest.  The slower you’d tried to breathe out, the more resistent you feel in your chest.  That is the emotions that we human tend to store for ourselves and have hard time letting go of.

I encourage you to do this exercise at least 3 times a day.  You can do it anytime you want, cooking, driving or walking.  But the best time is probably right before you go to bed, it will then clear out all the emotions you have been accumulated throughout the days, and set you off for a better sleep.  It will help especially for those who are interested in meditation, self-healing or even self-regression.  You can use this exercise when you are angry, upset, sad, frustrated or scared etc.  It can help you to center yourself a little more before react upon emotions (you know, that moment before you want to say someone just to hurt that someone).  As you practice it more, you will realize how easy it is for you to get to a place where you can find peace within yourself.

So let’s breathe…  replace all those heavy emotional energy within you with some fresh one.  Don’t just breathe for the oxygen, but take in that fresh energy as well.  This breathing method had helped me through a lots of difficult times in life, and I am sure it will help you too. 🙂
