• Learn to listen to your body, not your mind.  You body will always know when you need to rest and recharge.
  • It’s okay that you wake up and cannot fall asleep.  (most of people are trapped believing that if they don’t fall back to sleep, their next day will suck.  Again, that’s your mind speaking…)  If you woke up in the middle of night, followings are something you can consider:
    • write down every thoughts that is in your mind.
    • get back on your “fall asleep routine (if you have one)”
    • be efficient with your time.  you may as well get up and do something that needs to be done tomorrow, so you can use that time for a nap /coffee / self-recharging or something…
  • Have a conversation with your soul, body and mind.  teach your mind to share fairly, because if this body is not taken well of, the mind would not be able to dominate it anyway.
  • Nothing matters when you are dead, as well as nothing matter when you are sleep.  So learn to let it go.  Tomorrow will always be another day for you to work on the task.
