what happens to cult leaders when they go into reincarnation

i have read many stories about cult leaders who abuse their followers, for example, a Canadian yoga teacher
Matthew Remski wrote about many many of them. what happens to spiritual leaders  who treated their follower badly (causing their trauma, take advantage of them sexually and or financially instead of being a teacher) in their next lifetime?
